How your order is made and shipped

Every item is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means your order goes through two stages.

Production: 2–5 business days. This is the time needed to print and prepare your item before it leaves the facility.

Delivery: added on top of production time, and it depends on your destination. You will see an estimated delivery date on each product page and again at checkout.

Shipping options

We offer standard shipping. There is currently no express or expedited option.

Shipping costs

Rates depend on the item, its weight and your delivery address. The exact cost is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. We never add charges after checkout.

Worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Customs, duties and import taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are not collected at checkout, so your carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery. They are set by your country’s authorities rather than by us, and we cannot estimate or refund them.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately — we can usually help if the item has not yet gone into production. Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so a street address is more reliable.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number. For damaged items, send a photo of the item and the packaging and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
